My friend was delighted with the flower arrangement she received. It was very pretty and unusual - her words were 'Beautiful, beautiful flowers - what a clever and unusual presentation I love them! So creative.' I had ordered the small 'Perfect Pastels' at ??32 which consisted of at least 9 flowers in a foam envelope container. The florist contacted me when she couldn't deliver the flowers as both my friend and her neighbours were out. I really appreciated that contact as I was able to ask her to leave the flowers outside the door and I could let my friend know they were there awaiting her return. The service was excellent and the flowers were delivered on the same day. I will definitely be using Doreen Elizabeth again. Top quality florist.

Flowers delivered a week to early, 13th instead of 19th, from the date ordered for. Contacted florist and apology accept with a second item to be sent on the correct day. Second flowers delivered on the right day but to the wrong street. Person from wrong house did take them to the correct house so eventually correct flowers arrived at the correct house on the correct day. I have used direct2florist previously and always a brilliant service but not quite right this time

All instructions were followed accurately & after going into the shop for my friend's birthday set - they were both helpful and allowed me to alter the colour of the box provided to suit my friend's personality more. These were a treat to ourselves to brighten our Silver Wedding Anniversary, as our plans for a special trip away were no longer possible due to lockdown. Due to the current situation the bouquet we had chosen with tropical blooms could not be provided as the blooms could not be sourced. I was called by the florist the day before to explain and asked that they just made a really vibrant bouquet for us. They delivered over and above. It is absolutely gorgeous and whilst we can't have our special trip it has certainly brightened our Anniversary and we cannot thank the talented florist enough for what she did for us.

Great service, most importantly good 'personal' communication over delivery. Many companies in my opinion today, do not put the customer first or comunicate directly to the customer, of which sadly for them have lost my custom . Usually these are companies using call centres who abruptly cut you off even though you are polite and have a query.

Had a txt that my flowers had been delivered at 10-30 am. Flowers delivered after 12 pm. So had to be delivered to my daughter by her work colleague!! My husbands thoughts are that the service is good, however if we are ordering flowers from the same florist every year a couple of times a year then maybe a discount could be offered for loyal customers. I have ordered quite a few bouquets over the past couple of years and my family have always commented on how nice they are, the last one ordered and delivered in January was beautiful according to my Mum, however when they were delivered and my sister took them in she commented to my Mum on the fact that they smelt of cigarette smoke, not a pleasant thought.
